Wild Bill (not) for President

Publisher's note:  Some people are probably sad that Wild Bill wouldn't run for president; not me. The good news is he's one less guy I will have to contend with when I run, the bad news for those that don't like him is, once elected, I'll name him as Secretary of Homeland Security and give him free rein to do as he pleases including making Sheriff Joe Arpaio his second in command.
