"Leave Her Alone, Leave Her Alone...!"

As always, I look at the election of Donald Trump and everything else from two perspectives; my secular side, and my Biblical Worldview side; and as always, I’ll start with my secular side leaving the real important point for the end.

Remember all the Trump rallies at places like airports, large stadiums, and on street corners all across America that came to an end a couple of weeks ago after Election Day…?  You know, the rallies where everyone, sometimes led by Donald Trump himself, were chanting “leave her alone, leave her alone…?!”

Yeah, I don’t remember that either, because it never happened.

Mr. Trump, are you freaking kidding me/us…?!  When We the People stood with you chanting “lock her up, lock her up,” we meant it.  Were you not listening…?!  You recently said you don’t want to hurt the Clintons; that they are good people, and a bunch of other BS about them.  They are in fact NOT “good people;” they are criminals of the highest order and you know very well that anyone else absolutely would have been locked away long ago for committing a fraction of what they’ve done.  Your former opponent and her puppeteer in the person of George Soros are the personification of evil, and We the People want blood; we want her head on a stick.  At very least we want; nay, we demand that once you are seated and have a real FBI Director and AG in place that she and her regime are properly investigated and face judgement.  But of course, it is not the job of the POTUS to decide what and how the FBI investigates things; nor what and how the DOJ prosecutes those findings.

I have to believe that since you haven’t exactly bandied her name about for a cabinet position, perhaps you are building on “The Art of The Deal” and keeping her and the rest of us guessing what your real plans are.  I relish the thought that just maybe on January 21, 2017 or soon thereafter she will be forced to surrender her passport and placed on some sort of a restricted travel list.  If she does get to keep her passport, the only good thing about her heading to a country that doesn’t extradite is that she will be under a self-imposed exile, which while I hate the thought of her living the good life free from our judicial system, at least she would no longer be staining the fabric of our society by her mere presence.

By the way, speaking of a cabinet position, I for one would find it very fitting and amusing if you did in fact exact some “presidential justice” and appoint her as our new Ambassador to Libya as has been joked about in the places that knuckle draggers like me hang around in.  I might add, she should only be allowed the same level of security as those she turned her back on.  Don’t worry, if something did happen to her you could always have “mittens” blame it on a video or something like that, because “what difference at that point would it make…?!”  And speaking of “mittens,” really….?!  Are you actually considering Gov. “Milquetoast” for Secretary of State…?!  In case you hadn’t noticed, he’s only slightly less of a wuss than John Kerry is.

Moving along to some of the other positions and decisions you will arrive at during this transition period.  I don’t understand some of them; others are as clear as day.  A lot of my peers question the reasoning behind Reince Priebus as your Chief of Staff; that pick was easy for me since he is the only guy with keys to many anti-Trump Republican Party doors.  Your choice for General James “Mad Dog” Mattis is one that makes a lot of people sleep better; I definitely want a guy with the nickname “Mad Dog” in that position.  It reminds me of a friend who knows a guy with a cat named “Chainsaw;” you don’t mess with people or animals with nicknames like that.

My last secular point of the day is this.  The fashion industry has come out saying they won’t “dress” Melania.  Well, first of all, they did a lousy job dressing the current FLOTUS; in fact they sucked at it.  Never the less, from what I’ve seen, Melania needs their help like you need another million; she’s a keeper.

Okay, on to the Biblical Worldview commentary.

The election of Donald J. Trump will not cure America’s real problem.  Our real problem is not of a political nature; however politicians do have the ability, albeit very temporary, to create the proper environment for us to either get completely lost or find our way home via the protection of our laws and the selection of those who enforce them.  Simply put, we are in grave danger of losing a lot of our God given freedoms which our Founders guaranteed to us in our Constitution.  I believe that President Trump will appoint men and women to the SCOTUS and other Federal court benches who will keep our Constitutional rights intact for a while.  That doesn’t guarantee that those men and women will always do what might be expected of them, but at least we will have half a chance to see people in the Judiciary who are not far left, agenda driven idealogues who will ram their personal views down our throats.

Let me distill that for you.  Our very Christian founders had a vision for us and they established our system of government on Biblical principals in such a way that we would honor God and be richly blessed, and we were for a very long time.  They knew without a doubt that our continued success was hinged upon keeping God as a central guide to our lives, personally and as a nation.

We were far from perfect, however for well over a hundred years we lived as a God honoring society and His presence was part of the national fabric; we were, as much as possible, a true Christian nation.  Then slowly, bit by bit, issue by issue, probably starting with Darwinism and Marxism, the fabric of our society started slowly fraying.  Some questioned our origins, others how we should be governed; thanks to the likes of people like Margaret Sanger, we started murdering our unborn at unheard of rates.

Then in the early sixties we removed prayer from the schools.  By doing so, we showed Him the door and invited the ‘enemy’ in.  Ever since that time, in the name of “progress” and political correctness, we have allowed things to take hold that were unheard of in the time of our founding.

You might be asking yourself why I mentioned Marxism.  That wasn’t an accident because the very nature of Marxism is anti-God and reliance upon the state.  Nor was my mention of Darwin or Margaret Sanger just for grins.  Yeah, the target for her was the entire black race, but the target for her “boss,” known or unknown by her, was to destroy as many babies and attack the human race as possible.  Questioning our origins was a huge foot in the door for the anti-God crowd, then and now.  Those scourges, Marxism, Darwnism, and “Sangerism” paved the road which gained a lot of ground when Madalyn O’Hair managed to get prayer removed from schools in the early sixties.

At that time, as a society, we effectively kicked God out of the public arena and allowed the enemy to kick the door wide open to inject evil on the society in a huge way.  It was good out, evil in…!

Before you scoff, have a look at our history.  Yeah, we’ve always had strife, but things have gotten exponentially worse since the early sixties when those young children who are now grandparents lost the ability to pray in school.

To bring this home, I will ask your question for you; do I believe that Donald Trump is the answer to all of our problems…?  Not even close.  However I do believe that under his leadership we will be able to maintain our basic freedoms for a while longer, which remembering his opponents’ statements that religious beliefs would have to change, I believe would have been taken from us very rapidly had she won.  I believe that this final window of freedom is limited and allows us to turn from our wicked ways and repent.

Therefore I invite you to take a look around and recognize that the entire world is indeed falling.  All of the alarm bells and whistles are going off.  You don’t need to fall with it; all you need to do is take a moment and understand that world leaders come and go, but there is only one King. Invite Him into your life this very moment and He will do the rest.
