Help Stop Online Predators...

Have you ever trusted someone and wound up regretting it..?  Has emotion ever over ridden common sense..?  Has every moment of those decisions replayed itself over and over in your mind..?  Do you ever wish you could turn back the clock and make a different decision..?

If you can answer yes to any of these questions or maybe just know someone who can, please read on.

Whether you know it or not someone is scammed or otherwise misled online every 20 seconds.  It happens on social media, via very slick looking email solicitations, telemarketing, and countless other electronic venues.  Sometimes it is merely a nuisance, and other times it is much darker and much more serious.

The victims range from women and men who are lured into dangerous situations, to elderly people who wind up handing over their life savings, to very vulnerable young people who go missing by the score every day.  Whether the motive is theft, human trafficking, murder or anything in between, it must be stopped.

And it can be...!

There is a proposal on Whitehouse.gov to enact a “catfish ‘e-personation’ protection act” which would make falsifying ones identity a Class D Felony.  I would ask everyone to CLICK HERE and sign the petition, and then share this link far and wide because they don’t make it easy.  Once the petition is filed a petition is given ONLY 30 days to garner 100K signatures, and the clock started ticking on 11/2/19.  Not impossible, but it does require a lot of effort from a lot of people.

Thank you for taking the time to read, sign the petition, and share this important information.
