Two Alabama Crimson Tide players will not be on the sidelines for the BCS Championship Game January 7th in Miami due to curfew violations.

Coach Nick Saban sent home freshman players Ryan Anderson and Dillon Lee after the violations occurred, and reportedly senior players told their teammates to stay focused.

Earlier the University of Texas suspended Case McCoy and Jordan Hicks from playing in the Alamo Bowl due to team rules violations, and an incident which included allegations of sexual assault.
